Technology

Innovating on existing chemistries, Vitamin U will provide users with the ability to test for multiple nutritional biomarkers entirely in-home with the help of their smartphone.

Mr. Rowe is the original founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vitamin U, a company that he helped carve out of SGS-Nutrasource, another firm that he successfully launched and sold to SGS in 2023. A charismatic leader and visionary, Mr. Rowe’s executive guidance will enable Vitamin U to move from a research and development concept to a thriving business. With over 20 years of experience assisting the global marketplace in commercializing innovative consumer health products, Mr. Rowe has been instrumental in designing and implementing strategic solutions in the nutritional sciences field. Mr. Rowe has been involved with multiple M&A’s and licensing deals in the health care marketplace. Under Mr. Rowe’s continued leadership and strategic vision, the company looks to an optimistic future in commercializing its innovations to improve healthcare globally.

Brad Wallace

Mr. Wallace is the Chief Operating Officer of Vitamin U and also SGS-Nutrasource. He joined Mr. Rowe in 2019 to help grow and eventually transition Nutrasource into the SGS affiliate network. This included developing and driving a 5-Year Strategic Plan, implementing a number of operational systems and staff programs to support rapid growth, and ultimately playing a significant role in increasing revenue 100% and growing EBITDA 1,000% over a five year period. At the start of his career, Mr. Wallace co-founded environmental and technology application consulting firm Innovative Management Solutions (IMS). In 2002, IMS joined Jacques Whitford, a leading national consulting firm, where Mr. Wallace served in a variety of positions leading growth across multiple business units and geographies. In 2009, Jacques Whitford joined Stantec, a global 25,000 person publicly traded consulting firm, where Mr. Wallace progressed through several positions over a 10-year period to his latest role of Senior Vice-President and Business Leader, Environmental Services. In this role, he led a $250M business unit with 1,000 professional engineers, scientists and information specialists.

Will Rowe

Mr. Barr is the Director of Research & Development for Vitamin U. He joined Nutrasource in 2017 and led the development of the point-of-care technology platform for Vitamin U. He is a chemical engineer with experience developing in vitro diagnostic devices and software applications, 10Xing a cider startup’s sales as employee #1, and working for big pharma performing R&D and producing the vaccine for whooping cough.

Mr. Arceneaux is a toxicologist with undergraduate and master's degrees in toxicology, and academic research experience in nutritional science. Mr. Arceneaux has been a key contributor to the development of several in vitro diagnostic devices, including leading the early R&D efforts in the lab. These efforts have contributed to Vitamin U's candidate pipeline of assays and IP portfolio.
